The team are, themselves, experienced former teachers and Local Authority Advisors. EdICTs have contributed to more than 30 capital build programmes, advising on both the Client including schools, sponsors and local authorities and Suppliers including civil engineers, architects and technology / service providers.   Jim Gardner Jim began his career as an English teacher and SEN Coordinator. He has since developed an expertise in professional development for best use of ICT in the curriculum to enhance learning and teaching. More recently he has supported education transformation programs on various projects for EdICTs.
